Baer Performance Marketing (BPM), a full-service, integrated marketing agency, announced Saturday, Oct. 1, a merger with Branding180, a company specializing in promotional and branded product procurement. The acquisition allows BPM to further expand the services available to its partners.
Branding180, which will now operate under the Baer Performance Marketing name, provides consulting, promotional products, decorated apparel, print collateral, and signage solutions to clients throughout the U.S. The company was launched in 2015 by owner David Vander Bloomen, who boasts about 14 years in the promotional product industry.
“When exploring the possibilities for the future of Branding180, maintaining the integrity of our company’s values was a top priority,” says Vander Bloomen. “Joining forces with BPM has been seamless because the cultures are so similar. We’re both driven by the desire to help our clients tell their stories.”
BPM President Aaron Baer says the teams have combined to work centrally out of the BPM office in Ashwaubenon. No jobs were affected by the merger.
“We’re thrilled to add all the knowledge and passion of the Branding180 team to bolster the in-house solutions offered to our clients,” says Baer. “We will seize on this opportunity to deepen and develop our existing relationships as we grow our team and our capabilities. We couldn’t be more excited for BPM’s future.”
