Where did you grow up? What’s the most interesting thing about your hometown?

I grew up in North Prairie, WI, a suburb of Milwaukee. One of the coolest things about my hometown is that I am really close to where the Bucks and Brewers play, which is awesome if you are a sports fan!

Why did you choose to pursue a degree in business administration?

I chose to pursue a degree in business administration to gain highly marketable knowledge and skills. The fascinating thing about studying business is that everything revolves around business. The foundational skills you learn can be applied to a wide range of industries and scenarios.

What’s a project of which you’re particularly proud?

I am particularly proud of my information systems capstone project, where I contributed to developing a hazard reporting app for La Crosse County. This app eliminated the need for intermediaries and provided a streamlined solution for reporting road hazards directly.

What interests or excites you the most about marketing?

What excites me the most about marketing is that it is an ever-changing industry influenced by trends, algorithms, and audience behaviors. I am especially interested in how analytics can be used to understand and predict these changes.

Why did you choose to intern at BPM?

I chose to intern at BPM because of the company’s diverse and fast-paced environment, which offers a lot of opportunities for expanding my professional skills and career development in both traditional and digital marketing.

What goals are you looking to achieve while at BPM?

My primary goal at BPM is to gain hands-on experience, which is invaluable for my professional growth and understanding of the marketing field. I am also looking forward to building a strong professional network and learning from the talented people here!

What is your current dream job?

My current dream job is to become a digital marketing specialist. Having graduated with a degree in Business Analytics and Information Systems, I am excited about using data-driven strategies to create effective marketing campaigns and help businesses grow.

How do you like to spend your time outside of work or school? What are your favorite hobbies?

I enjoy going on a boat or spending time at the beach, especially getting away somewhere warm.

What is something interesting most people don’t know about you?

I am a huge Monopoly fan, and I love traditional board games.

What topic could you give an hour-long presentation on with little to no preparation?

I could give an hour-long presentation with little to no preparation on the importance of mental health, discussing strategies for managing stress and the benefits of self-care practices.

What’s your go-to karaoke song?

My go-to karaoke song is “Don’t Stop Believin'” by Journey.

What’s the best advice you were ever given? Who was it from?

The best advice I ever received was from one of my professors who said, “Remember, it is a journey, not a race.” It is a reminder to focus on personal growth and progress rather than comparing myself to others.
