Internship Program
Every semester, Baer Performance Marketing welcomes one driven intern to join our team for academic credit. This isn’t a coffee-fetching gig—it’s hands-on experience in branding, strategy, content creation, and client collaboration.
You’ll work alongside our team, contribute to real campaigns, and leave with portfolio-worthy work and a deeper understanding of agency life.
