Baer Performance Marketing Strengthens Content and Paid Media Capabilities with New Hire

Baer Performance Marketing (BPM), a full-service, integrated marketing agency, has added Adam Bormann to its team as a Content Marketing Specialist. In this role, Bormann will contribute to social media development and management, paid media strategy and optimization, reporting, and content writing.

With more than 12 years of agency experience, Bormann has worked in a variety of roles, including copywriting, paid media strategy, and analytics/reporting. He is excited to bring his talents and experience back to the office at BPM.

“My last two roles were strictly remote, so it feels great to get back into the office and be involved with in-person collaboration again,” Bormann said.

Over the course of his career, he has partnered with clients across multiple verticals, including B2B lead generation, professional services, e-commerce and DTC, and higher education marketing.

While his prior role was more focused on PPC optimization and analytics/reporting, Bormann is looking forward to getting back to his copywriting roots and developing organic social content, website copy, blogs, and other long-form content pieces for BPM’s varied clientele.

He also has experience working on highly complex paid media campaigns, managing multiple channels concurrently and pulling together multiple data points into streamlined reports that deliver actionable insights that can improve real-world metrics like ROAS, cost-per-acquisition, and LTV.

“There are two main reasons I’m excited about this new opportunity,” Bormann said. “I can’t wait to bring all the strategies and tactics I’ve learned over the years to the paid side of BPM, especially regarding conversion tracking/attribution, reporting, and ongoing optimization techniques. The second big reason is that I get to do a lot more longform writing. That was how I got started in the advertising world, and I’m excited to get that mix of creative, strategic, and analytical activity going again.”

In a landscape where teams and agencies are becoming increasingly reliant on ChatGPT and other AI/LLM tools, human-driven writing ensures copy is unique, engaging, and maintains a strong authorial voice that clearly differentiates BPM’s clients from their competitors.

“I am very excited to bring Adam’s vast experience in digital marketing and content writing to the BPM team,” said Aaron Baer, President of Baer Performance Marketing. “Adam’s clear and prompt communication, hustle, and willingness to do whatever it takes, align with our core values, and there’s no doubt our clients will benefit from his expertise. He is a perfect culture fit and will blend well with our team and our goals.”

In his free time, Bormann enjoys watching movies and playing video games and board games with friends. A 2009 UWGB graduate, Bormann has called Green Bay home for over 20 years and intends to do so far into the future.
