Brand Success Coordinator Job Summary

Location:  BPM office / hybrid mix

Hours per week: 20-40

Pay:  Based on qualifications


Your duties and responsibilities in this position are:

  • Source products and gather all pertinent information for quoting purposes.
  • Create quotes and send to clients.
  • Follow up on all quotes with clients in a timely fashion.
  • Enter orders upon quote approvals.
  • Follow up with the order during the production process.
  • Follow up with clients for quality control purposes.
  • Perform client check-ins to remain proactive in our sales efforts.
  • Perform follow-up and confirmation on Purchase Orders placed with vendors.
  • Coordinate receipt, sort, and distribute blank goods to respective decoration vendors.
  • Perform follow-up and ETA confirmations with local decorators and ensure in-hands and other goals are met.
  • Coordinate pickup and delivery of completed projects. This may entail using your own vehicle to perform pickups and possibly some deliveries (rare, but possible).
  • Perform web store fulfillment and shipping, as well as other delivery coordination for final projects to clients.
  • Perform regular follow-up with clients after receipt of their completed project(s) using a system you will help create.
  • Work with Baer Performance Marketing team as needed.
  • Be flexible with job duty changes. Your input on these duties is welcome and encouraged.


You will achieve the following results in this position:

  • Increase lead-to-quote percentage.
  • Increase quote-to-job won percentage.
  • Provide quotes in a time-appropriate manner (24-48 hours).
  • Create and maintain high customer service performance to all BPM clients and vendors.
  • Ensure BPM is “proactive” in client sales efforts, rather than “reactive.” Constantly drive ideas and new concepts to clients.


You will meet these standards while working in this position:

  • Time will be recorded and paid based on time logged in TimeCamp.
  • Customer and vendor queries to be responded to within 24 hours.
  • Make appropriate decisions for orders based on the information provided, with BPM management being advised and involved as needed.


 You will be provided the following by BPM:

  • Paid mileage as appropriate (trade shows, meetings, etc.). Mileage is to be tracked via phone app and will be submitted at the end of each month, with payment to be made on the following payday. Mileage will be paid back using the rate established by tax laws and recommendations for that year in state of residence.
  • An office phone with dedicated phone number.
  • BPM apparel allotment will be provided periodically. Although, you will be able to purchase items at cost whenever you wish.
  • Other cost reimbursement will be made as needed and as approved by BPM (e.g., continuing education, networking events, etc.).


Additional incentives you will receive:

  • We will work together to develop an incentive pay bonus structure based on performance.
  • Unlimited paid vacation and sick pay (must be approved by Aaron Baer —  if abused, you will lose).
  • Company match 401k if 35+ hours of work is achieved per week.
