This past September marked sixteen years of Baer Performance Marketing (BPM). The past few years have been quite an adventure! About a year ago, we embarked on our EOS journey, and I am beyond thankful to Pat Van Abel and our management team for their time, effort, and dedication to this process.
We added two new pieces to our BPM puzzle: Chris Friedrich joined us as Vice President of Strategic Partnerships, and Paige Schumacker came on board as a Content Marketing Specialist. Chris and Paige have been fantastic additions to our team, and I am excited about their growth and the value they provide to our client partners.
Of course, BPM would not exist without the continued dedication of our seasoned veterans – Molly, Jake, Katelin, and Evan. I have so much respect and gratitude for this team, who continually amaze me with their determination to be the best at what they do. I am proud of how the entire team has embraced challenges, adapted to changes within the agency, and warmly welcomed our newest members.
As we prepare to turn the page on 2024, I couldn’t be more optimistic for what is in store for our entire BPM family and our client partners. Our branded merchandise department has truly elevated our ability to be a comprehensive, full-service partner for businesses. The newest arm of BPM thrives thanks to our incredible support team — Kathryn, Amy, and Andrea. Their expertise in identifying standout products and uncovering the latest and most innovative solutions in the market make them the driving force behind this success. This team ensures every company we work with receives merchandise that leaves a lasting impression.
We strive to develop brand concepts and strategies that truly “pack a punch.” As we continue to grow, we’re committed to maintaining our high standards for marketing and advertising services. This means we’ll be looking to expand our team in the near future to ensure we can consistently deliver the best for our clients.
We owe everything to our phenomenal client partners. We very much appreciate the continued trust in our expertise and hustle on their behalf. Whether it’s staying connected to offer guidance and support, helping them transform their business practices, or executing a current marketing strategy, we are fully invested in their success. For all these reasons, I can confidently say, representing the entire BPM team, that we are deeply thankful. We value their insights and, most importantly, the relationships we’ve built with each and every one of them.
I am truly blessed to be surrounded by such an amazing team at BPM. I couldn’t be prouder of the dedication, willingness to do whatever it takes, work ethic and brain power each team member contributes. While each of us brings unique strengths to the table, together, we are the perfect mix to make marketing PERFORM for our clients.
In closing, whether you’re an existing client, friend or family member of someone at BPM, potential client, or business associate, I want to thank you from the bottom of my heart. I appreciate your involvement in our lives here at BPM, no matter how big or small, and I encourage each and every one of you to “perform” for the people you are blessed to have in your life.
Enjoy overeating, taking a nap, laughing with friends and family, and watching football! Go Pack Go!
