Where did you grow up? What’s the most interesting thing about your hometown?

They have a long-standing tradition of providing exceptional dining experiences, paired with incredible shows and concerts.
What is your major? Why did you choose to pursue it?
My major is Marketing. I chose to pursue it because I have always been interested in business. The first thing that stood out to me about marketing was the variety of disciplines it encompasses—customer behavior, market research, strategy, branding, consulting, digital marketing, sales, and promotions.
What interests or excites you the most about marketing?
I enjoy working with a variety of people every day, which is why marketing appeals to me. It’s a powerful way to connect with an audience, better understand their feelings and behaviors toward a product or service they’re considering, and influence their perspectives.
Why did you choose to intern at BPM?
I chose BPM because it offers an incredible opportunity to expand my skills and grow in many areas of marketing. It’s also a place where I can advance my career while being part of a team that truly makes you feel welcome and valued.
What skills are you hoping to master by the end of your internship?
The skills that I am hoping to master by the end of the internship are gaining experience with writing radio and television scripts as well as developing social media content and marketing research.

How do you like to spend your time outside of work or school? What are your favorite hobbies?
Outside of school and work, I enjoy spending time with friends and family, being outdoors, and watching sports. Some of my favorite hobbies are baking and cooking. They allow me to take time for myself, put everything that happened that day or week aside, and concentrate on what I am doing now.
Coffee, tea, or energy drinks – what powers your workday?
My workday begins with a cup of coffee; then, in the afternoon, I have a Bubbl’r to pick me up and help me get through the rest of the day.

What topic could you give an hour-long presentation on with little to no preparation?
The topic that I could give an hour-long presentation on with little to no preparation is mental health. I think that more people are struggling with it than many think. The reason people don’t know that people around them are struggling with mental health is because they don’t speak up and talk about it.
What’s your go-to karaoke song?
The song that I will choose when I get asked to pick a karaoke song will be Sweet Caroline.
What’s the best advice you were ever given? Who was it from?
The best advice I have ever gotten was always to be the best you can be and work as hard as you can. You should not worry about people around you or compare yourself to them. My mom gave me this advice when I was younger.
